Some people are still stuning and do not believe it when I recommend them to eat more than 2 or 3 times a day. They all asking to me, what rational reason can explain why eat more often even help you to lose fat faster, and why do not eat even make them very difficult to lose fat.
I gave the following analogy, if you do work yo deserve an earn extra income, some of your income will be use for living cost, expenses, etc, then some of them will be stored in the form of deposits as reserves emergency fund. Unfortunately you for some reasons got fired from your work and had no income anymore.
My question is, when you got no more income, what you would do? spending less on your emergency funds or just squandering your money?
This is what I call survival mode, or a form of defense of ourselves so that we can live. Of course you know what the risks if you had no income and no deposit funds at all.
That being the case also with our bodies. If our bodies are not get the energy from supplied food as it is, then our body will conserve fat as much as possible so that the energy reserves are not depleted.
What you usually observed is when you began to reduce the frequency of meals over and over time again, you not easy to feel hungry again. Whereby we know that our bodies
began to slow down the burning of fat in the body.
Why I explained it so often, is because 99% of my clients have the same problem. If you really want to lose your fat and weight faster, then start to change your eating patterns become more often.
